Brandon has been working the river with his father Rob since a very young age and now he runs one of the largest and fastest growing Sydney Rock Oyster farms in Australia with his brother Jason.
He says that working with Jason is great because they bounce off of each other’s talents and they are forever learning in the constantly changing environment. For Brandon, it is the challenge of growing great oysters that keeps him busy and gives him energy.
Their farm is located on the pristine Camden Haven River, nestled under North Brother Mountain in New South Wales. The oysters Brandon delivers are some of the best of the best with fantastic flavour and freshness.
